Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order.

Processing: orders ship within 1–5 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive in 8–14 business days, including processing. Holiday periods can add a few days.

Tracking: you’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Supplier holidays: orders placed Sep 25 – Oct 8 may take a few extra processing days because of holidays at our overseas supplier.

Delays: if your order can’t ship on time, we’ll email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Christmas: we recommend ordering by December 1. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
