30-day damage & loss guarantee
Damaged or defective? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send anything back.
Never arrived? If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us and we’ll send a new one or refund you.
Changed your mind? Email us before your order ships and we’ll cancel it for a full refund. Because we ship from overseas, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped.
Materials & care
Silver-tone fashion jewelry with a clear faceted stone. Our supplier doesn’t specify the exact metal or stone, so we won’t guess. It isn’t sterling silver, white gold or a diamond, and we don’t claim it’s hypoallergenic or nickel-free.
The finish can wear with daily use. Take it off to shower or swim, and keep it in its box when she’s not wearing it.
Can I write my own message?
Not yet. Every necklace comes with the printed card shown in the photos, signed “Love, Dad”.
Can I send it straight to her?
Yes. Enter her address at checkout. It arrives in its gift box, and we’ll ask our supplier to leave out any prices or invoices.
